Welcome to Secret Pusher ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our service, available at https://secretpusher.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Secret Pusher provides a web-based platform that allows users to share sensitive information through temporary, end-to-end encrypted links that automatically expire after a defined period or after being accessed.

2. Eligibility

By using Secret Pusher, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not upload or share illegal, malicious, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Not use the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the Service.

You are solely responsible for any content you create and share through Secret Pusher.

4. Data Security and Privacy

We prioritize security and privacy:

  • All shared content is encrypted client-side before being transmitted to our servers.
  • We cannot read or recover your secret content.
  • Secrets are automatically deleted after expiration or first access.

However, no system is 100% secure. Use the Service at your own risk for non-critical information.

5. Limitations of Service

Secret Pusher is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • That any data will be delivered, stored, or retained beyond the intended expiration.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

6. Prohibited Use Cases

You may not use Secret Pusher for:

  • Illegal activities.
  • Sharing copyrighted content without permission.
  • Distributing sensitive personal data of third parties without consent.
  • Conducting phishing, fraud, or any form of cybercrime.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access in case of abuse.

7. Paid Subscriptions

7.1 Subscription Plans

Secret Pusher offers paid subscription plans ("Professional" and "Business") with additional features and increased quotas. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as displayed at the time of purchase.

7.2 Billing and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact [email protected] for assistance.

7.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

8. Business Plan and Team Accounts

8.1 Tenant Owner Responsibilities

The individual who subscribes to a Business Plan ("Tenant Owner") is responsible for:

  • Managing team members and their access to the organization's account.
  • Ensuring all invited team members comply with these Terms.
  • Paying all applicable subscription fees for the organization.

8.2 Team Member Invitations

  • The Tenant Owner may invite users to join their organization via email invitation.
  • There are no domain restrictions on invited members — you may invite contractors, freelancers, partners, or any individual who requires access.
  • Invited members must create their own Secret Pusher account and agree to these Terms.

8.3 License Restrictions

The Business Plan license is granted for internal use only within your organization. You may NOT:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Secret Pusher to third parties.
  • Use the Business Plan to provide secret-sharing services to external clients as a commercial offering.
  • Share your organization's credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access the Service through your account.
  • Create multiple organizations to circumvent user limits or pricing.

8.4 Acceptable Use for Teams

When using the Business Plan with team members, you agree that:

  • Each invited member represents a real individual who requires access for legitimate business purposes.
  • You will not invite "placeholder" or fake accounts to reserve seats.
  • You will promptly remove team members who no longer require access.
  • All team members are subject to the same prohibited use cases outlined in Section 6.

8.5 Quota and Storage

  • Business Plan quotas (secrets, storage, users, teams) are shared across all team members.
  • The Tenant Owner is responsible for monitoring and managing quota usage.
  • Exceeding quota limits may result in restricted functionality until the next billing cycle or until additional capacity is purchased.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to Secret Pusher at our sole discretion, with or without notice, especially in cases of violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Secret Pusher is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secret Pusher and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
